How can I book into a class?
If you know the class, time and day you wish to enrol into, you can download a booking form here (see below). Once we have confirmed availability within the class we will reach out to you with a start date. If you are booking in mid-term we ask you reach us to via email to ensure you have chosen the class best suited for you.

How many sessions are in a term?
Get Set Tennis terms run for nine weeks, and each program contains one session per week.
Our tennis terms start the same week as the ACT School term. We run sessions for nine weeks however we keep the tenth week free incase of washouts or cancellations throughout the term.
Do I need to have my own tennis racquet?
Not at all. If you do not have your own racquet we can provide one for you free of charge.
What happens if it rains?
Sadly we cannot play tennis in wet weather conditions due to safety reasons. If a class has to be cancelled due to rain, a Get Set Tennis coach will alert you of the cancellation via text within 60-45 minutes of your class commencing.
If your class gets cancelled due to rain we will use the tenth week of term for a catch up session.
If your class is cancelled more than once due to weather, you will be able to use the credit to come to any other class throughout the week until the sessions have been caught up. (No refunds will be given due to wet weather)
If I miss sessions, can I get a refund?
Only for medical reasons (medical certificate required)
Please understand that we are a small business and we have to run our tennis classes regardless if you attend your group class or not. In many classes we have a wait list and by booking into a class you are keeping someone from joining the group who would be able to pay a full term.
We also must pay staff, court hire and other expenses.
We do not want you to miss out on any sessions, so we do offer that you can come to any other session through the week to make up the classes missed, however we cannot offer any refunds for absences.
